Bill (jessie james) Janklow is a jerk. I am from South Dakota and must warn people there now to stop at intersections whether a stop sign or not.
There should be Janklow alerts in the state on the radio exactly where he is in his car.

Janklow was also the congressman from my home state of South Dakota, he always ran a hate campaign agaisnt Indian people. He still has his cronies in power and hes a real racist jerk
