Its most likely another example of Blair's all talk and no action policy. They'll throw loads of money at it and end up wasting it again.

Ah ha, yes, yob crackdown, and will extend to where we have soldiers abroad kicking sh it out of the locals, who do nothing other than defend their Country.

And closer to home, and ripe for putting down, John Reid, a yob if ever there was one.

A waste of time and money. The only way with these youths is to get tough, don't lock them up, that cost money, instead the law should be if you are found guilty of a crime, you would be frog marched into the army, there you would have to spend 2yrs minimum doing National service, on a reduced rate of pay. This way they would learn respect and cost the country less and pay something towards the cost of their crime. Should they get killed in action, then this would be a stern reminder to any others contemplating committing a crime.

Bliar, bliar on and on and on - just as mr cameron wanting us to "hug a hoodie".. I'd like to see a hoodie's face if someone even tried to hug them - they'd probably mug rather than hug.
Just politics, and hearing their own voice - doesn['t actually mean anything, tho
