I would like a program that is user friendly that would allow me to make different types of graphics or banners. Something that had glitter that I could apply it to objects or text within the graphic. The program would have to be inexpensive or free. Please Help!

Theres a website that does this kinda thing for you for free (I believe) I've not used it for years, but it sounds like exactly what your looking for.

Glitter? My monitor only has red, green and blue... don't know about yours... is this some new usage of the word 'glitter' that some of us are unaware of?...
