join clubs about things you are passionate about, the people you meet there will obviously have something in common with you!
To properly make friends though is a complicated thing. My philosophy is, if they dont except you for who you are, then they're not worth having as friends.
THIS DOES NOT COUNT FOR MINOR DISAGREEMENTS! like which tv character is hotter and crap like that.
This also does not mean that you can ***** about them behind their backs or mistreat them in any way, your friends are NOT people you can treat like objects. Try and be sensitive towards them and always give them second chances, if they are a true friend, then one day they will return all the good you have given to them. You can make friends by just smiling :D

Always keep ur sense of humour with u;
be a present minded for perfect reply aaaa don't think that much.
try to improve ur personality continuously even if ur perfect at all the manners.
don't ignore any type of person sometime bad becomes best but don't wait for anybody .
helping nature will attract more peoples but at the moment / situation wont forget to take help with him/them so that u can judge .
always enjoy various type of people don't try to change them & dont let him to do so on u.
feel comfertable with him & let him too .
now here it is starting point ----
first of all share (talk) about ur &/his hoby choise & /music at present wat is around (must be ur & his intresting subject) ;
dont share ur childhood memories if u r above 15yr old ,family matters closest personal matter ' ,* that u can share only if u find him .

an acquaintence becomes a friend after that relationship is put to a test of time and rigour. A friend is one you can trust completely and at tough times count on him or her. normally money tends to spoil frendship but do help an friend as best as you can during their financially trying times. accept someone as a friend only after you know them well for some time.you normally cultivate friends during schooling, college, sports and office

you have to understand the wavelength of other people around.Once you find out people of same wave length, then try to find out what are their interests and see whether it matches with yours and you can share your ideas if he/she is willing for a conversation. By now you would have got a good friend.
