I have tried many ways to find names and phone numbers. I have the name and all aliases the person has used. It is very important for me to find this information. I cannot afford to be charged anymore for the services most sites ask for. I need to use services that are free. Any help would be a blessing. Thank You!!!

WWW.Whitepages.Com is a great place to start. You can look up by name, reverse phone number, reverse address, etc. It is a great tool and completely free. I have used it all the time to track down out of touch friends.

Google (www.google.com) has a reverse phone number lookup - simply put in the 10 digit phone number and your search results will be a name and address, if there is one that matches.

Zabasearch.com and pretrieve.com are the best... I look people up for a living and when my staff needs a quick free lookup that's what we use...
