If that's true then Senator Kerry and many Demonrats ought to be hung as well for voting for the war. The fact is, however, that President Bush went through all the legal motions of sending American military personnel into harms way. The same legal steps that Clinton took when he sent military into Bosnia/Serbia/Croatia/Somalia and when he continued to air strike the Iraqis (not covered in the news as intently as the liberal media has covered Iraq2 for some subjective reason) during his entire Administration.
Why do Demonrats fail to acknowledge that they have a history of sending troops into warring conflicts as much, or more, than the Republicans but that when they have lost elections and are out of power they whine like little schoolgirls?

No.
He had the same data Congress, the Senate and the House had so by that logic, they all are guilty of war crimes. Sorry, that does not wash. He may be a lot of things, war criminal is not among them. If you are really interested in what a war criminal looks like, I suggest watching the National Geographic program all about the life of Saddam. Graphic, grisly and gruesome but maybe some will open their eyes to what real war crimes are about. Handcuffing a man and throwing him off a 4th floor roof, hacking off limbs, beheadings. I have actually seen the comments of some deluded folks who thought Saddam "took it like a man" when in reality, he was insane to the end, believing himself to still be in charge in Iraq.
People do die in wars, complaining that we shouldn't be there in the first place is just wasting time and demoralizing for our troops and citizens. Rather than gripe incessantly, it might be more fruitful to insist we actually send enough people and materials to get this war over with quickly and remove or adjust the ROE to permit our people to do what they are there to do.

I admit that W may not be the brightest bulb on the tree but:
Saddam Hussein perpetrated genocide on his own people. He deserved his fate. Just like Hitler. WMD's or not.
War is a reality that you PlayStation Liberals can't seem to understand. You're not going to eliminate it. It's a fact of life. It's always been here and it will always be here. In war people die. Some are innocents, (can you say World Trade Center or have you conveniently forgotten about that?), some die for a cause, (U.S. Armed Services, NYFD, NYPD etc...).
If Bush hadn't intervened in Iraq, how many more innocents would have died at the hands of a madman dictator?
The biggest problem/ error that W made was that he didn't send enough troops to Iraq to get the job done in the first place. Bush Sr. did in Desert Storm. He was a "hero" as we watched the bombs drop courtesy of CNN. The fight was over quickly with minimal casualties to the American forces. Now W has to send in more troops to fix his snafu. This war itself was not a mistake, it was necessary to protect the common people of Iraq. With great power comes great responsability. We (the U.S.) have a responsability to end terrorist regiems like the Nazis, Hammas and Al Queda. If we hadn't intervened against Hitler in WWII, all of Europe would be speaking German now. If you Liberals have it your way, we'll all be dead or worshiping Allah. Personally I'm proud to be an American, proud to support our President and our troops and I'm especially PROUD TO BE AN INFIDEL!

Don't we all get tired of this question? Here's the answer - Dubya is a twit but this useless speculation about him being a war criminal and/or impeachment is just a waste of time. Maybe you would like to see Bush tried by some anti-American court but like him or not, he's the damn president of the United States of America and while I don't support is stupid war, I will not stand to see him tried. History will be his judge.

Impeachment is the only course of action for Democrats. They will start investigations in Congress soon. Those hearings will be greater than Nixon and Clinton added. Finger pointing at the CIA/FBI for bad Intel will not get the "decider" off. It will be Bush's own words and deeds that will close his Presidency. Cheney has his own court case to face. Scooter will roll over on Cheney. That case is active and will run til just before November elections.

I guess you missed WWII. Soldiers die in war, and if the American people want to surrender to the enemy because a few are killed this is not the country I knew. Your discourse on Bush as a war criminal is disgraceful.
