First,
India and Indian people need to understand that a corruption free system is for their collective good. It will in the long run, increse the longivity and sustainability of our democracy. A system strong from inside will help to grow our polity, economy and as a result the prosperity of its people. If we, the people don't care for its well-being, if we bribe officials at every single pertext, be it to elicit some unfare gain or get some legally valid job done, then the system will in turn shorten our peace and well-being by degenerating itself into a disorderly entity.

Second,
We should strive to make the media and the judiciary more effective. Media is playing a great role in sensitising people on different social evils. The people of India now need to strengthen their judiciary by ensuring speedy justice. The fear of law, and better public vigilance can create miracle. The Indian people should make full use of their Right to Onformation to achive this end.

Third,
The lower rung of our bureaucracy needs to be better paid. India should strive to make its officials better paid, so that they can efford a good life style.

Fourth,
Although in the national level, we have a government recruitment system, that is clean and transperant till now, but at the state level it is rotten. People are corrupted at that level. A job is a primary requirmrnt for millions of p[eople. And at the state level, the present system is resposible for corrupting those million minds.

There is evidently many more fronts where this menace needs to be tackled. The need of the hour is to identify as many as possible and work on them to make our India corruption free.

Technically with today's technologies it is absolutely possible to have corruption free nation. But, unfortunately, our country is in the hands of underworld.

Among ordinary people the rate of criminals is around 0.2%. Whereas among our political leaders it ranges from 12 to 56% depending on various parties.

Now the problem is they have to decide for a change. Will those pirates go for it?

For example, take Tehalka case and Bribery on asking questions in the Parliament. From these incidents they know that any of them will be caught at any time. So now they are planning control the medial people by law to save themselves from being caught. Means, the robbers are making law for themselves.
