That is a good question. Now here I am in Upper Marlboro, Maryland reading your question. How do you suppose I found the answer? Well as a satellite meterologist I downloaded data from the Meteosat satellite at this site: http://www.goes.noaa.gov/FULLDISK/GMVS.JPG
I could tell immediately that a cold front was passing through Gibraltar and that it should be clearing later this evening. I hope this will help a little.
