I can relate. I absolutely hate the mornings. I think mine stems from my SAD (seasonal affective disorder) because I am far more depressed waking up to winter mornings than warmer seasons. I also find that if I wake up before the sun has fully risen, it really puts a damper on my mood for the first part of the day. On days I don't have to work, I will often go back to sleep, so that I can wake back up when the sun is high in the sky. Measure how you feel in the mornings compared to the rest of your day. If your mood is affecting the rest of your day, you may want to seek professional help. If it is just in the early am, you may just not be a morning person.

The conscious with which you go to sleep plays an important role in the conscious you get up .... (its highly practical ... I had experienced)
If you feel with heavy thoughts or tired mind or random feelings then your sleep quality will be low and you get up with the effects of those feelings ...
And for this try with simple methods like
* Before sleep, fresh n up your self
* Try to keep away all the stress of the day aside by listening to a soft music or best is to spend some time in prayer
* If any issue of the day is holding on your mind, just talk to your own self telling that I will attend to it later
* Read a good divine book before sleep
* If possible take a cup of warm milk
* Go to sleep in the remembrance of the God
.... after getting up make a practice of remembering / pray to god.
You will surely see a change

Sounds like you might be in a little bit of a state of depression, but not to worry, it could also be some post-holiday blues. I'm not a moring person myself, so I couldn't say for sure, but I do know that mornings are not always the best for a lot of people. Next time you go to the doctor, just mention it to him/her.

You should talk to a psychologist. A regular doctor will be quick to prescribe pills. google feeling sad in the morning and see what you come up with. You know when you cry out negative thoughts you are ridding your body of over 100 toxics. look up toxic tears and see what it says. If your job is making you sick, you should look for new employment. i was in a position like that before my husband made me quick. the boss was rude and nasty cursing and carrying on.

Unfortunately I seem to wake up most mornings sad. I am very unhappy with my life being dull and lonely and not much to do day in and out. I have no car no escape. I can't even run away it's too damn cold. Good luck when you figure it out tell me what to do too.

bypass element you obtain me on severe day then. I continually dream of taking the 'getting even' route, even though it particularly isn't well worth the attempt. If it disillusioned you and also you're if truth be told a lengthy time period worker, attempt discussing this project with him. i'm advantageous he will pay interest and ask for forgiveness. this also will instruct him that you're component of the crew and pay interest to what they ought to assert. do not harbor resentment, it leads nowhere.
