There are an infinite number of solutions for both x and y. This is how you know this:
3x - 2y = -6
3x = 2y - 6
x= 2y -6/3
x=2/3y-2
now you must use your solution for x to find y
3(2/3y-2) - 2y = - 6
2y - 6 - 2y = - 6
2y - 2y = 6 - 6
both sides equal zero, therefore y has an infinite number of solutions
do the same for x
3x - 2y = - 6
- 2y = - 3x - 6
y= (- 3x - 6)/(- 2)
y = (3/2)x + 3
3x - 2( (3/2)x + 3) = - 6
3x -3x - 6 = - 6
3x - 3x = 6 - 6
both sides equal zero, therefore there are an infinite number of solutions for x
This is a unique solution because in most cases you can solve for one variable (x) to get a solution with the other variable in it (y). Then use that solution in place of the first variable (x) to get a solution for the second variable (y).

jstro is correct. There is insufficient information to do anything further with this equation and there are infinite solutions even if we just consider integers, or even positive integers.
One solution in the positive integer Venn is (2,4). To get another solution we add 2 to x and 3 to y (4,9). This can be done ad infinitum.
The line equation is y = -1.5x + 6. The line crosses the y axis at +6 and has a slope of 1.5.
