I want any info on houses for rent in Graves/Marshall or surrounding counties. Need a couple of acres horse property. Can pay around $400/mth. Fixer upper OK

I used to live in north western Kentucky by the Indiana border and I think it would be difficult to find what you are looking for at $400 per month. I however was located in the city. You may have better luck in a more rural setting, however just like most places the prices are on the rise especially for horse property. Also you will need to check the ordinances in the area that you are looking because I know the area that I lived in did not allow farm animals within city limits and in the county they had ordinances of how many horses you could have per acre. You may be able to find a modular home rental for $400 per month but a house and acreage would be very difficult from my experience. Good luck on your quest.
