*Margareta parties are always fun. Lots of good Mexican food. YUM!

*Adult "toy" and lingere parties a great "girls night in" or good for couples. My friend hosts them. Theyr'e not as "dirty" as you'd think, and you can get great bath products, candles, and cute lounge wear that isn't "frumpy". Last one I went to had women ages 19 - 60's. You might think it would be awkward, but it was just funny seeing how women are women no matter what the age.

*Super Bowl, sports, TV, or movie themed parties are fun. Again, think great food!

*Costume parties can be great depending on the time of the year. Think also of parties relating to wearing your old wedding gowns again, prom dresses that were stuck in the back of the closets, or the best, brides maid dresses! Of couse the guys need their best ugly powder blue tux to go with! Don't have these? Salvation Army and Garage sales are good sources.

Here's is a great game for that age. You need a screen or blanket. We had two adults hold up a blue "sea" colored blanket. You make a bamboo fishing pole and have the kids drop their pole over the blanket and fish something out. Sometimes the things they catch are a "prize" but sometimes they are funny things like shoes, cans etc. Someone needs to be hiding behind the blanket putting items on pole. This is a great way to give out party favors at the end of the party Have each kid fish until he catches his favor. Play some beach music while you are doing this. I'm telling you , this is a big HIT for that age group. Oh ya, also Sharks and Minnows!

You can do a classic TV themed party...have them come as their favorite TV characters. I like the luau theme...OH! you can do a Gilligan's Island luau! hehe! Or a murder mystery party would be cool! How 'bout the classic "Beach Blanket Bingo"? hehe! The choices are endless!
