Firstly, let me say I have visited America and like Americans...they always seem to be very friendly...but their celebrities?
All the American guests have been very boring characters. Last show, Dennis Rodman (boring), Tracey Bingham (boring). This year Jermain Jackson (boring) and Dirk (or should that be Dick) Benedict (beyond boring).
The only interesting character was Jackie Stallone. Now there's a woman!
Keep it to the Brits. At least they know how to have a laugh.

As an American I don't consider thouse celebrities. But I bet Ms. Stallone would be great lol I heard shes a real *****! And I agree, alot of people here do lack a sense of humor, but you should see Flavor of Love! Flavor Flavvvv!

I personally don't waste my time with reality shows. They truly are pathetic. But as for the celebrities y'all got for Big Brother...apparently you've gotten our outcasts! They are a pretty pathetic group. Oh...I was subject to that one show...Surreal Life?? when I visited friends out in Arizona a few years ago...I guess in order to have interesting reality tv, everyone needs characters similar to Omarosa and that other chick...the 'original supermodel.'

I wondered this too. There are plenty of out of work actors and singers in this country too. CBB tends to choose people who are not necessarily at the height of their careers.
If they didn't there are also many "stars" here too. Maybe all the Brits turn it down as they would be too exposed on leaving the house.

Seems to me they're scraping the barrel with who will agree to go on it and when they run out of British has-beens they look state-side.

I agree - they should keep it British contestants only... It would also stop any " Cultural" problems...
