Anxiety pills are LITERALLY placebos. Body chemistry is a result of anxiety NOT the cause. The only thing I would advise (all else is a lie) is to stop building a definition for what anxiety is for you. Anxiety relies on a billion little variables holding it up. Break those legs will bring the table down. Basically what I mean is that anxiety applies to you because you created the variables that keep it up. Anxiety is just a word, it's not what you are looking at. The harder this seems the easier it is. Changing your mind about something is the easiest thing you can do and the most powerful. When I listen to people say they have anxiety I feel like I just want to shake them violently and say "NO you aren't, and if you are then so what! Big fukcing deal." I want to challenge people on what they think they know because it's so easy to expose things that "means" something. Nobody is mad or sad or sober or high or sane or insane. People aren't anything, stop being. The problem with the pills isn't that they aren't natural but that you "need" them. Natural or unnatural it's the same thing. Healthy foods make a happy body

You cannot go past a product by Brauer called Stress Relief. It is made from powerful herbal products yet they are non-addictive as they are drop doses or homeopathics. This product comes in three different forms. A small white pill, a spray and a liquid medicine. There are two different types. Number 1 is a non-drowsy formula. You could also take a flower essence by Bach called rescue remedy. I would not suggest St Johns Wort unless you were under a natural health practitioner. And please speak to someone if you already havn't. Getting to the source of the problem is the most natural way to remedy the situation. You are not alone. Many ppl suffer from stress and anxiety.

St. Johns wart is supposed to help with anxiety and moodiness, after three days of taking this I had an extremely painful gall bladder attack and was in the hospital for 2 days!

Everyone wants an easy answer, try to resolve your problems leading to anxiety, because all the pills are just a bandaid. use of as chemical is just a mask, your true feelings and problems will still be there.

Valerian Root is most commonly used for sleep and anxiety disorders and also you might want to try taking some B Vitamins for stress. I use to suffer from extreme anxiety..I have learned that I just have to sit and relax my mind and close my eyes sometimes. Hope this helps you.

Exercise is the only non-medicinal approach to anxiety...just because something is natural doesn't mean it's not a drug.

I have a friend who has them as well. He stopped taking his meds to go on a natural liquid supplement and he now sees an improvement. He went through a withdrawal when he stopped his meds but he tells me it was worth it as he feels a lot better. His meds would also make him tired all the time.
