Need help with Post-Apocalyptic RPG game.?

Question

Ok, so me and a small team are about to make a Post-Apocalyptic RPG game.
So first a little background info.

Based after humans almost wipe out the world with their foolish nucleur weapons.
Now, I need some ideas from you wonderful people.

A name.
Some ideas... For instance a simple mission would be to go a rogue encampment of people to get medicine for a hospital.
All that.

Any ideas or questions please ask away.

So a name and some random missions you think may be good
for it.

Well, i am not good with names, but for missions, you can start out with pointless ones to teach the people the general flow of the game. Then more complicated ones. The first mission should be you have to scout the area for survivors and during that, you teach the people how to play the game without interrupting the flow. I suggest for the story that a dictator has taken over and you have to overthrow him and yadda yadda yadda. Depends if you want a technological game or a fantasy type game.
