Figo only signed on for 6 months (no coincidence, BTW); AC Milan tried to sign Beckham, too; Ronaldo would get more money and have nore fun here.
We all know MLS Sucks... we're just hoping this will be a starting point. No one wants to see our best American players wasting their time here, like that pathetic, gutless loser Donovan. Give us all your old stars, let them put on a show long enough for us to build a decent league worth watching!

Figo signed with Al Ittihad in Saudi Arabia a few weeks ago. Ronaldo will most likely go to AC Milan before he comes here. I think that US players in Europe will come back inthe next few years to help build the league and end their careers. Also I think that there will be more players from Latin American countries and South America (Brazil) before the EPL and La Liga players come over.

if the signing of becham is any indication. i'd say any washed up over rated player would be next. so yeah ronaldo and maybe figo. no right player in their prime would come play here

I've heard Davids name mentioned and that of Ronaldo. I think the next semi-name will be Claudio Reyna, coming back home from England.

they paid beckham $250 million just to show they got money, but i bet every team in the MLS putting money together to buy ONE player can't afford that much for another great player!
sorry dude...all the good players belong to European clubs...
