I live in Australia and saw it a couple of hours ago, it stayed visible for ages. When I noticed it, it was up fairly high and eventually dropped down out of sight although it was visible for about 20 mins. (from when I saw it). It had a huge illuminous glow flowing out behind it.

I didn't see it but I do remember hearing about the comet. Where it is visible I don't know. I'll have to see if it is visible where I live.
