Cramping and bleeding are signs and you should definitely call your doctor right away. Depending on how far along you are, they'll either do a blood test to see if your HCG levels have dropped or check for a fetal heartbeat. Cramping and bleeding don't always mean a definite miscarriage, so get medical help right away.

The most commen is bad cramps and lots of blood. But please be assured this is not not the only way. Some women dont have any bloodless or cramps and this is a silent miscarriage. When i had mine i had brown blood for a week with no pain. I took a week before i had any pain or bloodloss and it was not much at all.
Silent miscarriage, the baby normally dies a few weeks before any signs appear.
If your worried at all its always best to get it checked out.
Please remember its not always bad cramps and blood , i believed that in till i had one.
