The Giants first win over the Bills in XXV. It was such a contrast in styles, with the Giants just willing their way past a very talented Bills team. With Simms injured and Hostetler at QB it seemed they'd have no chance. The Giants defense was tremendous as usual. The offense just smash-mouthed their was down field when it mattered. TE Mark "Caveman" Bavaro, throwing crushing blocks on the Bill great linebackers. I'll never forget Mark Ingram catching the ball on a 3rd and 13 and dragging 5 defensive players for several yards to get a first down on the winning drive.
It started with Whitney Houston's National Anthem (probably the only time a National Anthem gets mentioned as a top 20 moments in any championship history) and ended with Norwood's missed field goal.
AND, I was away from home at a conference and I got really sick with a high fever, chills, stomach cramps and watched the whole game on the sofa in my room feeling like I was going to die.
