-Malaysia is a Muslim country so do dress decently. This applies especially to the ladies.
-Visit Langkawi!
-Skip Genting. Not much there aside from a theme park and cold weather unless you like gambling.
-Go to the Sentral Market and bargain your *** off!
-Walk down Masjid India but be wary.
-Visit the old KTM railway station.
-Walk across the KLCC skybridge.
-Have a meal at the revolving restaurant atop the KL Tower.
- Visit the national park (Taman Negara) and walk across the canopy bridge. An experience not to be missed!
-Buy cheap electronics at Low Yat and Sungei Wang plazas in Bukit Bintang area.
-Visit Taman Titiwangsa (Titiwangsa park) and board the giant ferris wheel.

Not much I can tell you on etiquette. Just remember to smile a lot and be very polite (never brash), not shake a Muslim woman's hand if you're a man and vice versa, make sure you dont get fleced by the taxis (insist that they turn on the meter if you're travelling within KL), hold your handbag/purse (if youre a lady) in the hand away from the road and finally do have lots and lots of fun.

Click on profile and email if you got any questions. Good luck.

because of actuality that you're married, it will be that you're likely a US citizen now. in case you provide shipping there, the toddler would qualify for a twin citizenship, because of actuality of your husband. you'll ought to flow to the yankee embassy to get workplace artwork for the toddler to go back, and likely innoculations (verify in case you should acquire them at the same time as pregnant, purely so way the toddler does no longer ought to flow through them). also, verify with immigration because of actuality there's a threat that in case you flow lower back to Germany previously a unique time is up, (i'm uncertain of the length), then it can make your citizenship void. Congratulations on having a toddler. also, be prepared to no longer be allowed on a airplane after a unique volume of time in being pregnant. good fulfillment.

i would say erm to make sure you dont wear your shoes into peoples homes. and if you're eating indian food, use your hands.Tastes much better that way;)
a lot of foreigners visit malaysia so there is not much you can do to surprise us anyway. Malaysians are a forgiving and friendly lot so dont worry about how to conduct yourself. Behave yourself like how you would in your country. that would suffice. have fun

If just to JB, be alert and wary of people who might be eyeing you or your group. In short, fit in and don't be too flashy. Be wary of motorcyclist when driving as they may spike your tyres and rob you when you stopped to change. It happens to my friend.

If driving up north, normally I would not suggest this but it is better to mind your own business even if someone flag you to stop because of car breakdown. You never know and we all read about it before.

Enjoy the trip but just look out for each other. Anyway, have a safe trip

do not bring drugs into the country, you will be charged and risk a death penalty, your western government will not be able to help you. you will see signage in many languages with a skull and crossbones explaining dada ( drug ) laws.
