Please refer to the Indian Companies Act 1956, which states that there can be only one managing director. There is no restriction if you have one managing director and another as deputy managing director. In a private limited company formed by relatives, friends and associates such problems do arise where the shareholdings are equally distributed, that is no one party has a majority of votes so that he can not achieve an effective control.

Go to Companies House web site and do a 'web check' search. (Company No. NI017138). You can then pay £2.50 and have ALL the company details emailed to you within 2 mins. Directors, Officers, Registered Office etc.
YOu can also get their private home addresses. Very handy when you want to complain. I got £500 out of Tesco this way.....:)
