I received a violation for two of my questions after they were already resolved. Reporting should only be done on questions that use racial epithats or adult material or blatant chatting or personal communications.

Isn't a neo-lib Nazi an oxymoron? I mean, I thought Nazis were understood to be on the right and the neo-lib (by which I assume you mean liberal) occupying the left?

Or do your categories reflect an unrealistically limited concept of the political map? You might try the World's Smallest Political Quiz for a more appropriate one. The link is below.

But there's something you do not realize here about how reporting of abuse goes on. The trigger is a complaint by a user, just any user, even you. Then the question or answer reported is nominally reviewed by an Answers employee. Problem is, the user community grew faster than anyone anticipated, and so this part of it, which relies on some human input, gets backed up.

They have been telling the Wizards (the user consultants to the staff) for a long time now that they are working on this problem, and we have been suggesting various solutions, and providing feedback to their feedback, to the point where I so lost the thread of the discussions I gave up. I do know that there are some important statistics the staff gathers about our use and abuse of the site, and they are working to automate as much of the troll-busting as possible.

Trolls are defined as those who come here for the purpose of spreading their scat and running away, laughing. We want them to run away holding their heads and screaming, and get them before they start slinging their scat.

Does that give you the definition of "scat" which can get past the censor when "s**t" cannot?

Anyone can say anything here, so long as they do so politely. The Community Guidelines really do attempt to permit broad discussion, but with good manners. We can discuss sexuality, race, politics, religion -- all those sensitive topics, but we must do so with good manners. I will say that the name calling "neo-lib Y!A Nazi's" strikes me as a little less than good manners.

You can report a resolved question, if it violated the Terms of Service. When you created the Answers account, you clicked okay by the ToS, which is the same as penning your name. It's a contract, and if you break the rules, then you've got to take the penalty.

And as far as the criteria of reporting, if you don't like the fact that certain things are against the ToS, take it up with Yahoo!.

I have been reported so many times it is unreal, because some a hole wants to act like a idiot, and not enough balls to respond even when they are safely behind their computer, this is the kind of sh.. we would probable depend on to safe guard our country
so be sure to congratulate any one who reports others, he is a real man, and we do want hm to know how brave he is don't we?

Whay can't everybody realize that people on both sides are guilty of the same things. Conservatives only see what liberals do wrong and liberals only see what conservatives do wrong. I guarantee that somewhere in this site is a question very similar to this one, but asked from a liberal point of view. Everyone who insists on name-calling and making generic, blanket statements about an entire group of people need to grow up.

Liberals are the new fascist Nazi's.

They can't tolerate any opinion different than their's.

Look what they do to college speakers. They throw urine, pies, pull fire alarms, start fights, etc etc, to keep conservative's from speaking.

They want to pass laws to eliminate talk radio.

Liberals are intolerant, bigoted fascists, incapable of allowing free speech.
