For some reason, my web browser will appear as if there was no internet connection. Yet, MSN is works??

What is wrong with my web browser? How do I fix it? Is it a firewall problem, or is it something with my computer?

What is the web browser in question?
What MSN works? messenger / email / homepage / maps / search etc etc etc..... ?

To fix it, you first have to give some info. as to what is broke.
