the thing is that from time to time, my antivirus (nav) announces me that there is an remote sistem trying to acces Issas.exe, therefore asking me what do I want to do.. I'm thinking its a trojan because if it were a part of Windows it wouldn't be accesed by another device..
Am I right? Should I destroy the file?

type into your search bar the file name and more then likely you will find a solvent I believe you can just delete it harmlessly but be sure by searching on it first

Lssas is the file that gives its name to the "sasser" virus. If a computer is infected with the sasser virus, it will attempt to access the lssas file on any computers in its area.

You can NOT delete that file without losing your ability to access the Internet and other networks. Assuming that you have throughly scanned your PC and know it is free of the Sasser virus, that only other thing you can do is install a good Firewall to protect your PC until whoever is infected and attacking you get their computer cleaned. The firewall may help you to indentifiy the source of the attack.

it might be some sort of virus or trojan. For LSASS.EXE to be fixed, try booting your windows in Safe Mode then run the anti-virus program.

OR

In safe mode, delete all suspicious application files in Drive C, in \Windows\, and in \Windows\System32

You can easily detect those suspicious file by sorting the files by Details and Modified Date (Descending). Most of them are DLL files and EXE files. Hover the mouse over them and check if there's a company name.
