FOR specialization in MBA which field is good for girls.?

let me wish u first for choosing a dynamic MBA. Here i want to suggest u that if u have good communication skills, knowledge in labor laws, test u r self how good u r in human relations i.e in social life and u need a good internal and external personality for hrs its true and if u have references in H.R field that who can show u projects in good reputation companies, the most important thing is u r college.
every thing depends on u r attitude, communication and personality and language. if u r willing to work in night shifts u have lot more jobs as a recruiter. After completion of u r MBA do some HR related software courses like sap hr. it will helps u.
As a HR will get respect from all the fields in the org no other field have this kind even in associate stage.
Coming to finance yes u have lot of jobs in bpo's but a competition from cas and icwas in bpo's its like a machine job not required much skill in lot of bpos. there are some orgs like capmark, ge, wipro, ubs if u got jobs in this orgs good.

Finally want to conlude that estimate u r skills. Do hard work u can get success in any field. in some fiedls u need to struggel in initeal stage but rest will be beautiful.

Depends upon ur educational background before MBA if ur an engineer or a commerce graduate then obviously the choice would be ur previous background like Operational Mgmt or finance in these cases. HR is always an evergreen field for women, is not taxing, does not require travel and a sweet smile when dismissing an employee always reduces the pain. Finance , HR operational all are desk jobs depending upon ur built up. u should enjoy doing ur job and that requires a SWOT analysis.Best Wishes

Try to analyze urself and take decision.I m also MBA.I had taken marketing,but soon i relized that i don't have high energy level and can't travel such.I wasted my golden years because i trust people not on myself.
