Remembering and telling myself that it is going to be okay, that if I take things one step at a time and realize that life has its unexpected events and the best planning and organization doesn't make things different then what they are all the time or most of the time then I can deal with whatever seems to come my way. Some times there are times that all we can do is accept things. What we think might happen often doesn't, but what happens always has a purpose and we can deal with it if we want or need to. If we accept all of life the good and the bad we can eventually try to find meaning for it, and that will direct our future paths.

I do things that scare me. Taking risks is the only way to grow. It's hard. You just do it. You survive. Even when you don't think you will. Even when you want to give up & pack it all in. I force myself to face my fear. I bought a house by myself in a new community. It was terrifying. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Life isn't about doing what's easy. It's about doing what's hard. What makes you uncomfortable. Pushing your boundaries. It's a struggle though. I tend to be negative & it's hard for me to think positive & hope for the best. Especially at times like this...

How do you get by? You just do. You just choose to do whatever it takes. It's not always a picnic. Sometimes it's sheer hell. You just don't give up.

First thing i do in the morning is thank God for a peaceful night.
I ask Him to guide each of my steps each day and send me in the direction of witnessing to others.
I use the knowledge He gave me for the good of His works.
I stay away from the 'worldly things' that are of the devil...
I forgive others daily and ask them to forgive me if I have slighted them in any way... I take care of myself and family the best I can and have lots of fun in anything I do.... No matter how bad things are I know there is a reason for it and good will prevail out of every situation.. In the midst of disaster, I thank God for all my blessings.......

Let my life be like a stream. Water will always follow the path of least resistance. This allows you to enjoy the way rather than wasting time trying to follow a way you cannot possibly go.
How do we know what we can and cannot possibly do? Your heart will tell you...

I try to set aside time to collect my thoughts before retiring for the day and consider the consequences of my actions upon myself and others.
