that made you feel so completely happy, a day that made you feel so special because people love you so much, a day that after it ended you were still bubbling over with happiness and content, where suddenly everything seems so perfect, and then it just kept getting better, with more happy surprises and good news. Yesterday was my 24th birthday and I felt so completely happy with all the things my family did for me, and yet I did not recieve many gifts it was a day that came straight from the hearts of those around me, I have never had a day like that before. So give me your thoughts so we can share our special days together, I'd love to hear your stories.

The best day I had in a long time is when i met you on the net You are so special to me you do things for me no other person would do. And i love you for that. I hope you still want me around even though I dont do anything for you and I don't deserve you honey. You are an angel sent to me from someone from heaven and i think i know who it is.

I had one of those days yesterday. I finally received my six month update that the recipient of my stem cells was at home and doing pretty good. He is currently battling some GVHD (graft vs. host disease) where my stem cells are fighting being in his body, but the doctors say that it is a good thing because it ensures that any remaining leukemia will get wiped out. So, for that I am thankful and I hope the GVHD isn't too painful and that he makes a full recovery.
Then I got to sit on the couch with my wife and two boys and watch the Colts make an amazing come-back and beat the Patriots! We're going to the superbowl, finally!!!!! They boys thought it was just the best day ever and we didn't even do anything. Just hung out together. Wish everyday was like that.

Happy birthday. I had an amazing weekend too. I have spent a long period feeling as though I were stuck in a transparent bubble rolling down a jagged hill and gaining momentum with each passing moment. Finally decided to call an ex-colleague turned friend for a shoulder and ear to "moan" to only to discover she and her daughter were feeling rather fed up with their positions/ situations at the moment. Arranged to meet up for a girlie weekend and are now implementing a business idea in partnership. Wow! is all I can say about that. Never saw it coming.

What a wonderful question! I love to hear happy stories.
I have a group of friends from church with whom I am very close. We go to lunch every Sunday, we see movies, go to the theater, art museums and galleries together, and we go on vacation together. Every day I get to spend time with them I feel so incredibly special... and it bubbles over and gives me energy and a sense of well-being for the week!

I cant think of one specific day for me (aside from when my children were born) but I wanna say how nice it was to read that your day was so special because of the love that was shown to you and not because of the gifts you recieved.

Instead of getting love, giving love makes me feel happier, so I try to make other around me happy, and I treat each day of my life as the happiest day, beacuse you don know what is going to happen tomorrow.
