actually this would be a yes and not being silly cause it does happen, if you masturbate to much you can ruin the linning of your shaft and if you do it to hard to often can fracture you penis. Also can lead to less ejaculation and when the actual event happens can cause you to stay soft, if you are having problems you may need to call your doctor to make sure you have not injured yourself, cause it can happen
