is your video card up to the specs the game requires?....is it onboard video or a stand alone video card on your pc?...do you have enough memory (RAM) to support the game? is your CPU fast enough?..check out these things first..then check your power supply ...then check your motherboard...do you have any burst caps or even swollen ones??....if you give us more details about what you have installed in your pc then we can be more helpful with a solution for you

could be spyware.
1.)Go to start> settings> control panel > internet options>delete cookies, then delete files, then delete history.
2.)Go to start>programs>accessories>system tools>disc cleanup and delete whatever left is checked.
3.) Go to start>programs>accessories>system tools>disc defragment....highlight top line and hit defrag and when that is done , hit the second line and hit defrag
4.)If you have an antivirus or antispyware program that you bought (don't trust a free one), then run both of those.
5.)Reboot computer, just for good measure.
See if that helps. Do this about once a week, or as needed to get rid of spyware cookies and defragment the files.
If that didn't help, you can always try to use the restore or go back function on your computer to go back to a day when you didn't have the problem. If you use restore back up your files you want to save to a disc first.
