Who looks ridiculous no for the whole world to see?
Still no weapons of mass dstruction found in Irak but over 3000 of America's youth dying for a so called christian called Bush, when did Jesus preach about killing innocent civilians especially a people who had no connection with 9/11 since the terrorists were from Saudi Arabia and Lebanon?

It wasnt just the French who advised us about Iraq. Russia, China, Germany, heck the WHOLE UN said give it more time.
Bush said I dont hear any of that, went in, found NO WMDs, which really surprised him, since the US had SOLD Iraq WMDs to help Saddam take out Saddam's adversaries in the Middle East.
But of course instead of saying OOPS sorry wrong country and LEAVING, he kept sending more troops in, and WHERE IS OSAMA BIN LADEN? Remember him? The guy we're IN the Middle East to FIND for the attacks on the WTC and the Pentagon? Where is HE?

it's funny how some people still won't answer the question, it's not about WW2 and who helped who in a different situation years ago it's about whether Bush and Rumself(mind you he sold weapons in the 70s to Sadam just like Chirac did, Bush's father is Ben Laden's family associate(keyword :Hallyburton,they've been doing business for years) but you have to do some research to know that since the American media has short memory and/or is brainwashed)were right or not!
I think it's pretty obvious by now that Bush was totally wrong the Iraqis have proved they don't want the US there because it's all about their Allah. I really feel for the American soldiers sent there and their manipulated families,these young souls really didn't deserve that.
ps:to the person who said the French didn't fight back against Hitler: such ignorance is pathethic, you need to do some more research because you're making a fool of yourself.

France is the Western country with the most Arab speakers, and they have a traditional interest in the Near East, so that their analysis of the situation could be far more profound than anybody else's.
I don't think they would have been too worried about "collateral damage" (bombed and otherwise killed civilians), but I think they understood the "realpolitik" much better than the US and the UK.
That some Americans expect grateful Europeans to help them is beyond me. Because somebody helped me put out a fire 60 years ago I'm now supposed to help them burn the whole neighbourhood???

I am not sure what the French view was. I only believe that their government's motives are the same. They just want the power.

They sure were. Although French are highly unpopular amongst the English speaking countries I believe that this time they were right and the English speaking countries Should have listened to them.
