I have a 10 year old brother who uses my computer. He has somehow taken off all my toolbars including the main bar that says: file, edit, view, etc. How can I get those back?

i think u mean that wen u start ur IE thers no option like file,edit etc. just try this clk on IE when it appears just press escape if this doesnt works do this press alt+space and then R. try and tell me on my yahoo messenger

Try clicking any empty area up in the bar that appears , I think a menu will appear where you can select what to hide and what to show

.In IE7 in right hand topcorner click the
down arrow of wheel Icon
and select Menu bar.
