Nope. Its unhealthy to deprive your body of sleep.
I once read that if you stay up for 48 hours or more, your state of consciousness would be equivalent to that of a drunk person.

I have been doing this almost every day for the past two years due to the shift I work on.
It has reached the point where my body will force itself to shut down and I will not be able to fight off sleep no matter what I am doing at the time. The people I work with finds it very funny to watch me crash in mid sentence.
I will sleep for a few minutes (between 5 and 20) then wide awake again for a few hours.
When I do get a chance for a full nights sleep I can be woken very easily and once awake I cannot go back to sleep.

Sleep is the body's time to repair itself.. When you deprive it of that, bad things happen.
When you go long term without sleep, paranoia, hallucinations all crop up. Do some reading on great sleep deprivation contests, most contestants after a couple of days report hallucinating, thinking the contest is over and they are just being tortured, etc.
It really ain't good to do this more than every once in awhile due to circumstances like combat where you can't avoid it.
If you are in school, your ability to process information accurately and recall it later is hindered the longer you stay up.

No, but from experience if you are studying, no matter what anybody says, a long all night study session before an exam and coffee in the morning will actually work.

it is never healthy to pull all nighters
you end up having worse concentration the next day
and your biological clock gets messed up
try to sleep and wake up during the same times

NO. no. no.
Its unhealthy. You'll start to lose weight, develop dark circles under your eyes, develop pimples, walk in a slouching manner, develop backache, teary eyes, become grumpy - much more short tempered and breakdown soon.

Maybe once in a while for a reason - won't adversely affect you. Maybe for travelling/studying/prepearing for something.
As a lifestyle - you will crash and burn.
