if your in a smoking area, then its okay to smoke. but if your in the bleacher with alot of people, it is not okay, because its very annoying to those who dont smoke. and second hand smoke is more dangerous to health.

I attend many American football games and smoking is banned while you're in your seats. You have to go out to the rotunda towers to smoke or in a designated area. So it's a moot point here.

Yes it is perfectly ok to smoke there. I am not a smoker myself, but lets be reasonable! Then by same token, we should ban perfumes, musical instruments, babies crying, etc in public places because its annoying to some people...

not really there are thousands of people arround you and when you are sitting there smoking with thousands arround you that isnt cool what so ever .. you never know who is allergic to smoke or who dont smoke or anything like that and just shows with your smoking you have no deciency for other people and thier feelings on smoking

I think smoking stinks and if your around people that do not smoke it WILL bother them and therefore be wrong.
