The easiest way is to register to vote and VOTE in every election. If you feel strongly about a candidate, then join his/her campaign and actively work for his/her election.
In the case of the sitting president or other elected official, lobby strongly for impeachment/censure/criminal proceedings. Make sure your party understands your objection to their policy and why. Write congress, the Courts etc with your opinion.
The worst you can do is NOTHING. That keeps the idiots still in power.

There is no fault with the parliament. Only the people of India vote and elect wrong leaders. You are placing such people on the seat of merit for which they are not worthy. Gadhiji refused any concessions and offers of Hospitality from the British Rulers and attended the Round Table Conference at England even during the coldest winter facing the chill, with just a loin cloth, saying that he did not want to waste more cloths when the fellow Indians were not able to afford even cloth and food to survive. About the allegations in the Army, they might have been out of Professional Jealousy. Even if the people involved are not corrupt, a jealous person will stoop to any extent to achieve his target, which is not congenial to the Country's Security. The integrity of the next successor should be beyond any doubt or biases.

Yes, If we do maintain some restraction to change political leaders
nos point.(1). We have to select good persons, in assoiciate with
the election commission (a) Local verification of nominated person
(b)If, he/she, engaged in any bad elements, like criminal offence,
(c) His/Her education qualification( must be graduate) & social background.(d)His/ Her assets & property( Should be verifyed by
civil cheeking. (e) Age should be 18 to 65, mot more than that.
(d) It will be justify that, He/She, what, they wants..? power or
social work or more money (in his/ her carrier)
Presently, we are fadeup of this runing politices. We do need chenge in our politices
But, it is a matter ofregreate that, our election commission follows this rule. But, Idont think, that, so meny ciminals are get
chance day by day election...? The above suggestions is enough
