I think my stick is broken-down, I don't know what happend with it.
when I tried to open some folder it's write "the file is corrupted and unreadable".
Is my USB broken-down or just that files

I had major problems with a 256 megabyte memory stick from PNY. It wouldn't get recognized by the computer, etc. I was getting ready to throw it away after several attempts to format it failed.
I did the complete format several more times and then it appeared to come back to life. It has worked since then OK.
My advice is don't give up, keep trying but your file probably is history...

Well, if you have a Windows XP Professional or Home Edition disc you can use that by formatting normally but selecting the usb port instead of C: or D: Or if you want to do it the easy way just go to My Computer, right click the USB stick and click "Format..."
That should work perfectly, as the same thing happened to my MP3 Player.
