Actually, yes. Many think they have it made, that they're being well looked after because the surroundings are decent, the head of the enterprise is wealthy... and they're convinced that their elite place in the universe is about as good as it gets, and is worth defending.
But they're still cows, they're still being used for their resources, they have no real say in what happens on the farm... and the farmer would gladly sacrifice any one of them to protect his business interests.
Oh, and they're been fed something a lot less palatable than hay.

In the case of comparing us to cattle on a rich cattle farm, a majority of the cattle voted in the ranch owner. I don't know what your question is. Are you trying to say you want a hamburger or tacos?
