Any thoughts on an e-commerce website provider? I know this is Yahoo!... anyone have a Yahoo! Store? What do you think of it? Any OTHER providers you can recommend?

It all depends on what type of store you're talking about.
The main thing about any ecommerce site is getting
traffic to that site. Doesn't matter how fancy the ecommerce
stuff is. If no one visits then, no one buys. Most ecommerce
sites don't take this into account. One ecommerce site that
does, is Site Build It!. You could check that out. Note: it's also a hosting company as well as a site building methodology (i.e.
create unique content, and don't try and compete with Amazon).

If you have quite a few different products to use and really want to get going, try these people: www.uniteu.net. They can take you from start to finish. They may be pricey, but their rates are negotiable and scale as your company grows larger. This is what I used to start my website, and it is working very well.
