yes it did. november 18th 2006, in the borders of scotland. I know i was there.

The weather in northwestern North America was quite cold in November last year. I bet there was snow in the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

In eastern North America, it was quite mild in the pre-winter period. Records for high temperatures were set here in Montreal on several occasions.
