Well if you're not the one she's engaged to, then you had better keep it to yourself. Obviously she is in love with someone else.

Love is a big word. By "love her", do you mean you want her to not be engaged to the other guy and to start seeing you romantically? If she suspects you might feel that way about her, and she's still gonna marry this other guy, then she doesn't want to hear you say it. If she did, she'd tell you another guy "wants to marry" her and give you a chance to react to that. But she didn't, she already agreed to marry him. She told him "yes, I'll marry you." Obviously this other guy makes her happy. Don't pee on that for her by causing drama and awkwardness everytime she sees you. What you SHOULD do (to make sure she has a good idea of where you stand) is say "Wow, he's a lucky guy?" "Tell me what he did to get a girl like you", and in a friendly/non-psycho way, slip in the comment "I wish I were him." But smile when you say that one, change the subject fast, and never bring it up again. If she's having second thoughts about him, you'll be the one she comes to.

u should leave her alone..she is engaged most likely because she is ready to see this man as the father of her kids and the man of her life...is she your friend or ex-gf?If she's ur friend..u should see in your heart that doing the right thing is the right way even if you may not like it right now it's for a good reason

Don't tell her.Like you said:the girl is engaged,that means she is not available to you anymore.Telling her you love her will only be painfull and confusing for the both of you!

i think u shouldn't tell her b'coz she's going to be settled
but u should tell her otherwise u will be thinking that "if i had tell her....... i had tell her.... the truth"
