When all the Indian learn driving ? Never keep lane discipline. Never keep distance, If you keep distance some one else come and rub you to the side. Never have a bus lane . Too many Auto rickshow ,Over speeding by trucks,auto,bikes
Why can’t Govt stop production of all vehicles for 2 years . Why can’t Govt start teaching uneducated drivers the discipline on roads ? Anyway the Police is given license to all uneducated guys by taking money.

This is but a passing phase! More cars and other automobiles on roads, is a sign of progress: soon, driving discipline will improve, roads will be broader and much better everywhere, and we will all enjoy comfort of transportation!

All the Indians will learn driving wen the traffic police will be very strict n stop taking bribe.they should give licence to only the ones who know driving.

Maybe he is not a legal immigrant in the UK and maybe the UK requires he proves legal residence before they issue a drivers license as some places use the DL as proof of identity (as in the USA). - Just maybe.

As long as traffic constables are corrupt, this will happen. Stringent penalty can teach offenders to behave. But our policemen should be taught to be efficient and honest.

when our polise stop to taking the "prasad" (rishvat from the some antisocial peoples. they know if they break the traffic rules . only 50. rs. put in police 's pocket and they are free.
