There are nice resorts in Cebu. Mactan Shangrila hotel, Cebu Hilton, Cordova, Plantation bay, Bluewater, Badian Island, Alegre Beach resort. Then take a ferry going to Bohol for very fine whitesand and crystal clear water.

i found one in clark. there is beach, and the water is so,..so... blue. and not a lot of visitors there... and it is very peaceful.
