my boyfriend cant be in the same room as a baby he gets wound up but we dont know why i have a 7 year old from a previous relationship and he is fine with her they get on great just dont understand why he cant be in the same room as a new born baby

only he can explain this one, talk to him about it. Maybe its a fear of newborns they need so much attention and care. They also cry alot whereas your 7yr old is older and past all this stage and he can have fun with them, fool about etc...

Just speak to him and ask him.
It might be something in his past.

Unless you arent planning to have a baby together then I wouldnt worry to much, he obviously isnt a baby person but if your wanting a baby in the future or this is affecting your relationship then you really need to talk to him about it. Maybe he doesnt like new born babies because he feels uncomfortable ablout the crying, feeding, changing nappies and baby sick...?

why don't you ask him, maybe because they are so helpless it scares him in case they are ill or something and he wouldn't be able to help them, maybe its some kind of phobia that could be reversed, talk to him

He would probably be absolutely fine with his own child,its just other peoples that wind him up.

best things you can do is ask him? he could have a reasonable explanation as to his actions
