WHEN YOU LOSE SOMETHING TO WHOM YOU LOVE.

Crying is generally an emotional release that can occur in situations of sadness, grief, terror & happiness. When something really touches you release your emotional feelings by having a good cry. Generally afterward you feel better for having let it out.Sometimes when watching a good movie it can bring you to tears usually because of a touching scene that causes a memory of some sort which could be pleasant or not so pleasant. Crying also washes out your tear ducts so it's not a bad idea to have a good cry from time to time. The last time I had a good cry was a few days ago when I really had my deceased mom on my mind & thought about how wonderful it would be to just pick up the phone & say I love you, Mom.

It depends on what is going on in my life at the time, but I don't really cry my heart out and it is not because of a brain disease it is because of situations and circumstances. Things that I often have no or little real control over and know that they are wrong. Psychiatry makes me cry a lot because of what it does and it won't stop and people think just because it must be a "doctor" doing it that it must be good when it is not. Doctors can often be misled just as much as anyone and they know it they are not a God of any kind. They are human beings and fallible as such, some of them do some times do some really great things though.

The moment I saw this Q, I told myself that I HAVE to star this, and this is THE Question for people who are... you know...

How often? Well, as much as I wanted to answer this question, when I'm typing, I just can't jot it down to the screen. Judging by the way I told you, well, I cry my heart out super-seldomly, and even if I do, I will do it very undirectly that even maybe a majority of people can't see it.

I had this 6-year streak of not crying and telling anyone that I am actually very sad. OK, many would say like " I did a longer streak than you!" Believe me, I'm not telling that my streak is longer than yours or I intentionally remember the span of not crying for showing off, and neither I am proud of this streak.

Now you think I am actually cold and heartless if you hang out with me for a time. Yes, but actually even the things that touch Christian hearts touch mine, but I don't cry them out, I usually just sigh silently now.... And I don't keep a diary, I just can't do those, I don't know why. Stressful now, bye

whenever i feel depressed, i cry. i do it in the privacy of my room and at night when the light sare out. i talk to the darkness around me.i confide in that darkness all my worries, troubles, pains and pleasures. the darkness may not yield an answer but it is a patient listener. at the end u feel ready to greet a new day. anything bad will make me cry. sometimes it may be a wound in the mind, an open insult.

The ability to cry out, is a gift many people may not have in adequate measure! Men in particular! Caring for others, sharing their grief, feeling the pangs of sorrow, are hallmarks of value! Intense sorrow and ecstatic joy, both have me reacting through tears and sobs -- I am grateful to the Power above for that!

Mostly I cry when I am extremely irritated or terribly sad and feeling hopeless. It helps to cry because it gets those emotions out. After you finish crying, you can regroup and examine what's going on and what you can do about. Be realistic.

I always cry at funerals, especially when the curtains close around the coffin as its about to be cremated. It doesn't feel as though the person has really gone yet until that moment.

The last time i cried my heart out was watching my wife go through an extremely difficult delivery of our first child..luckily, everything turned out okay, but i was so traumatized by it that i cried for weeks afterwards. Just thinking about it gets me teary eyed almost eight years later..
