I know there are alot of questions like this on here but none of the answers apply to me. We've changed everything practically. We've hooked it up to diagnostics everything came up fine. While researching this I noticed there was a recall on my car for turn switches and 4ways.Would that effect it? Could it be my electrical!?! Is this an expensive fix!?!
Please help its snowing and I have no heat! :)

Make sure the actual controls are functioning properly on the dash. These are vacuum operated and may be at fault and although you are moving lever to HOT it is not going to the temperature. I once took my cousin's controls apart in his Olds because it wouldn't switch to any other vent other then DEF, one of the small tubes in the control was out of place. Yours may have to be replaced as a unit if this is your problem, his was a '92 model. It's got to be control if the 2 hoses attached to heater core are both getting hot.

The recall for your switch is a hazzard switch which has nothing to do with your heater issue. Feel both heater hoses where they go to the heater core, if on is cold and the other hot you have a plugged heater core or an air pocket in the system.

You didn't say if the heater wasn't blowing at all, or blowing hot air.
If not blowing at all, I'd check (in order) the fuse (look for location in owners manual), see if a wire is loose/disconnected, or a bad switch.
If blowing, but no hot air, check the mixture switch (newer cars[like yours] are vacuum operated, and if the vacuum line (hose) cracks (as will happen when rubber hoses get old) or disconnects, the mixing valve will not operate.
