Filipinos consider Eduardo San Juan as the inventor of the Lunar Rover, or more popularly known as the Moon Buggy but San Juan, however, was not listed as the inventor of the Moon Buggy in American scientific journals. It said the vehicle was designed and constructed by a group of space engineers. In Poland, the Moon Buggy is attributed to a Polish inventor.

um, if you're referring to the Lunar Rover used in NASA's Apollo missions, it was manufactured by GM. So, one could say the Apollo astronauts had the Cadillac of lunar vehicles.
Who actually invented or designed it? I would think it was not one person but a team of designers.
Addendum: The contract for a LRV [lunar roving vehicle] was given by NASA to Boeing. Boeing used Delco [as in AC Delco the auto parts section of General Motors] as the biggest subcontractor. So, to be precise, parts by Delco, assembled and delivered by Boeing.
