heart rate and blood pressure are essentially unrelated, or at least in this context. I think your question was really pertaining to whether or not the bp cuff being inflated that high could cause damage, i'm assuming to your arm/muscle, etc. I strongly doubt that you'd have anything to worry about unless you walked around all day with the cuff inflated on your arm.
