If you are looking for patent related information, you need to do an online search on the websites of US Patent Office. But if you are thinking of applying for such a patent, pl. consider whether it is practicable, since the energy required for keeping an aeroplane flying is much more than the energy that can be generated from the wind turbine installed in such a plane. So, the invention is not practical.
