YOU CAN GET IT FROM THE REGISTRAR OFFICE WHERE YOUR SOCIETY IS REGISTERED.

Ask for the information under the provision of the Right to Information Act. They have to provide the information within 30 days. If they still provide the informatilon, prefer an appeal to the appellate authority to the society. If that also does fructify, appeal to the State Information Commission.

If you are a registered member of the society you can lodge a complaint with the Registrar of Co-operative Societies at its parliament street , delhi office if your society happen to be in delhi and if your society is out of delhi you need to contact the office of the registrar of co-operative societies having jurisdiction and also the SDM or city magistrates as the case may be.

It is mandatory to give copy of every record to the member for a registered co-op. society at a cost stipulated in the co-op. act.There are standard (Ideal) bye-laws published by co-op. department and it is tobe adopted by every society.if your society has not adopted standard bye-laws,you can complain to the District deputy registrar of co-op. societies and ask for the copy of approved bye-laws.
