I drive a C-Class and the only shop that will touch the alignment is the local Benz dealer. There are complexities in aligning a Benz that requires special equipment that only Benz dealers normally have. They must be aligned with the suspension under varying loads, among other requirements.

An "eyeball check" of a Benz often looks a bit out of whack to the trained eye -- mine does -- but handling and tire wear are what should be expected so I'm not concerned.
