I'm a smoker and think that starting this habit was the worst mistake of my life. I WISH I were in your shoes now!

WHY would you want to do that to yourself? If you've managed to stay clean of cigarettes for a year.... I say don't get started up again! Dang! Instead of smoking, you should give yourself some kind of reward for taking some huge steps to improve your life! Take the money and go on a vacation!!!

If you're gonna smoke again, what do you think would it do to you? to your life? Does it do you any good? You would be like a pig going back into the mud after taking a bath.

yes if you want gross brown teeth and fingers, dirty smelly hair and clothes, bad breath, cancer, less money, gangrene, and all the other nasty stuff that comes with smoking, otherwise no. i can't believe you asked. Read this book, it doesn't take long Allen Carr's Easy way to stop smoking. It'll help reinforce the fact that you don't really need them.

absolutely not! tobacco is a sacred plant it was never meant for recreational daily use, that's why people get dis-ease from smoking. it's bastardizing the sacredness and for that you will suffer. it is given as an offering to Mother Earth, and when smoked ceremonially the smoke carries our prayers to the heavens.
